With our many years of experience, our passion and a flair for detail, we support you from the initial contact to renting the venue and organizing the entire event.
In addition to our locations, two dynamic areas are available at the Audi Campus for diverse driving experiences.
The Dynamic Area I at the Audi Brand Experience Center covers almost 55,000 m² and has a modular design that allows maximum flexibility to satisfy a wide range of requirements. The Dynamic Area II, covering approx. 40,000 m², is located at the Audi Training Center III. The area is directly adjacent to our e-charging park, with over 60 AC charging points and two DC fast-charging stations. This infrastructure offers all kinds of possibilities for e-mobility events.
Audi Conference Center ACC
Centered & focused
The Audi Conference Center is the perfect option for any type of conference or exclusive event.
The venue is located directly at the Munich Airport Center above the central area, making it extremely easy to reach by plane, car or public transport.
Up to seven rooms of varying sizes are available in this building, including a conference room for up to 100 people. Movable walls offer maximum flexibility and allow a wide variety of setups.
We will be happy to advise you on catering options as part of your request.

Audi Training Center ATC I
Central & inviting
The Audi Training Center I is a
few minutes’ walk from the terminals at Munich Airport, making it especially
convenient to reach by plane, car or public transport.
Covering over 1800 m², the
location offers a spacious foyer with integrated catering area and a conference
room with space for up to 180 people. In addition, the building houses four
workshop rooms as well as two workshop corners with 30 seats each. The available
infrastructure is suitable, among other things, for product shows and
presentations of top-secret vehicles.
One highlight is the spacious
exhibition area in the foyer. This offers superb conditions for large-scale
presentations featuring up to 15 vehicles.

Audi Training Center ATC II
Dynamic & timeless
With a total area of approx.
1900 m², the Audi Training Center II offers enough space to hold an event
tailored precisely to your individual wishes.
The open and bright foyer has a
catering area and an exhibition space for up to two vehicles. The spacious
conference room, measuring approx. 480 m² and with space for up to 200 people,
is equipped with high-quality multimedia technology for presentations and
product shows. A large outdoor terrace is located at the entrance to the
location.
The ground-level structure of
the building provides for optimal logistics, including for design models. The
necessary infrastructure to ensure confidentiality is also available.

Breathtaking & adaptable
The Audi Training Center III has four well-equipped
workshop rooms and a light foyer with catering area. Opposite the building is a
show garage that can be used for vehicle exhibitions.
The spacious rooftop terrace offers an impressive view of the tarmac and the adjacent Dynamic Area II.

Audi Brand Experience Center ABEC
Pioneering & impressive
Covering
more than 2500 m², the Audi Brand Experience Center is the largest site on the
Audi Campus Munich and is equipped with the latest energy and building
technology. Solar modules have been integrated into the glass facades to ensure
carbon neutrality.
Modern
architecture on three levels: spacious foyers with catering area, customizable
event areas and a fully equipped conference room with two turntables and a
secret garage. One highlight is the direct passageway from the conference room
to the adjacent Dynamic Area, offering creative freedom for a car show in a
space of more than 55,000 m².
The
Lemon Garden, our covered outdoor event area, completes the Audi Brand
Experience Center’s offerings as a venue that can be used all year round.
Dynamic Area I & II
Pure excitement
Our two dynamic areas offer a combined area of approximately 100,000 m2. These areas are perfect for a wide range of open-air driving experiences, and are located not only in close proximity to each other, but are also adjacent to the Audi Training Center III,Audi Brand Experience Center and Meteorite location.
We offer the full-service framework required to operate and run professional driving events, which include several participant briefing facilities. We work closely with the Audi Driving Experience. The participants are trained extensively in advance and familiarised with the vehicles. From driving training to the fullest - there are no limits to the adrenaline here!
A comprehensively equipped car repair and servicing station, with trained and certified vehicle technicians, ensure that all vehicle fleets are serviced and maintained to the highest level.

Connecting the world - digitally!
Social media, video conferencing, streaming, digital event platforms – an ever-present aspect of our lives today as we digitally connect delegates across the globe. Complementing our physical event location options, we are pleased to provide you a full-service offer, including recording and media studios at the Audi Campus. We consult on various options and offer you the technical competence and set-up, the staff and equipment for the effective combination of IRL and virtual aspects. We can design online events for you, add digital elements to a traditional event, or adjust real and virtual parts to varying circumstances. Our studios can produce, edit and broadcast video content like product shows, live streams or interviews. These are located in the Audi Training Center II, underneath which we have fixed technical equipment in the plenum, as well as a mobile studio in the workshop rooms, which can also be used in other locations due to its high flexibility.
Our online consultants are happy to help with the selection and use of suitable platform solutions. We will help you to create the ideal mix of digital and physical programming, tailored to the occasion and your audience.

Hybrid events are events that primarily take place on-site with a limited number of participants and use digital technologies to include people who attend online and integrate them into the event. By merging both worlds, we enable a shared and equal experience - on-site as well as digital.
With the "digital first" approach, a hybrid journey can also be implemented as a digital one at any time. In this way, we retain 100% flexibility in the implementation and ensure that the online experience is in no way inferior to the presence formats within the specific event journey.
The Audi Campus is not only convincing due to the variability of the studio areas and an excellent range of technology. In addition to a fully sophisticated digital event and training platform, a professional team for consulting, conception, project and participant management, operational direction, streaming operation and content management is also available for your production. The Studio Equipment Package S offers a professional camera with an excellently equipped mobile directing unit, sufficient lighting and radio links as well as a preview monitor for small productions with 1 speaker (e.g. webcast/webinar or announcement - as livestream or recording).
Studio-Equipment | Paket M
The studio equipment package M offers two professional cameras with an excellently equipped mobile directing unit, sufficient lighting and radio links as well as two preview monitors for medium-sized productions with 2-3 speakers (e.g. webcast/webinar, town hall meeting, small conference - as livestream or recording).
Studio-Equipment | Paket L
The studio equipment package L offers three professional cameras with an excellently equipped mobile directing unit, sufficient lighting and radio links as well as three preview monitors for large productions with 4-6 speakers (e.g. town hall meeting, digital conference, show formats, etc.).
